When the purchase is initiated, you will be charged the full amount to maintain your queue position. Once you receive our email confirmation that your pieces have arrived, an estimated shipping date will be issued.

You can update the size or color within 24 hours of your initial confirmation. Past the 24 hour window, a new order will be required for the revision. Please contact bonjour@sperosurmer.com to discuss alternatives.
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of your initial confirmation. Within the 24 hour window, you can expect a full refund back to the original form of payment.
The estimated pre-order delivery window can be seen on the product page and the email confirmation. Once we approach the estimated delivery date, an email confirmation will be sent to advise on the official delivery date along with tracking information.
